1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) define the rules for using the Kilobled mobile application (“the App”) and the services provided.

2. Acceptance

By using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use Kilobled.

3. Service description

Kilobled is a platform that connects parcel senders and travellers who are already travelling between Europe and Africa.

Traveller marketplace
Integrated messaging
Real-time tracking
Ratings and reputation system

4. User obligations

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and verifiable information
Not send prohibited or illegal items
Comply with local and international laws
Use the chat without sharing phone numbers or personal emails

5. Kilobled's responsibility

Kilobled is not a carrier or transport company. Transport operations are performed under the sole responsibility of the users (travellers).

6. Accounts

Accounts may be suspended or deleted in case of violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity or inappropriate behaviour.

7. Messaging and moderation

Kilobled provides messaging features together with automatic moderation rules designed to prevent fraud, scams and the exchange of sensitive data.

8. Payments

Payment services (Mobile Money, card payments, etc.) are handled by third-party providers and subject to their own conditions. Kilobled does not process or store your full payment card data.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to the Terms

Kilobled may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified within the App when significant changes apply.
