1. Purpose

KiloBled is a peer-to-peer matching platform connecting users who want to send a parcel (“Senders”) with users who have spare luggage space during a trip (“Travelers”). KiloBled is not a carrier, postal service, courier company or financial intermediary.

2. KiloBled’s Role

KiloBled provides:

• an interface for Travelers to publish trips and available kilos;
• a search tool for Senders to find suitable trips;
• a secure chat to discuss and agree on terms;
• a request / booking workflow between users.

KiloBled does not take possession of any parcel, does not perform transport, and does not guarantee delivery, timelines, or payments between users.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Senders

• Provide an accurate description of the parcel and its content.
• Do not include illegal, dangerous or prohibited goods.
• Comply with customs, airline and local regulations of all countries involved.

3.2 Travelers

• Inspect the parcel content before accepting it.
• Refuse sealed or suspicious parcels.
• Respect all customs, aviation and security regulations.
• Carry parcels under their own exclusive responsibility.

4. KiloBled’s Liability

KiloBled cannot be held liable for:

• loss, theft, damage or delay of parcels;
• disputes or disagreements between users;
• false or incomplete declarations made by users;
• payments made outside the app or via third-party services;
• any customs, tax or criminal offense committed by users.

Each user acts on their own behalf and under their sole responsibility.

5. Payments

Payments and compensation are agreed directly between Senders and Travelers. KiloBled does not provide any escrow, wallet or money transfer service on the website. If such features are introduced in the future, dedicated terms will apply.

6. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Account Suspension and Deletion

KiloBled may suspend or delete an account in case of:

• fraud or attempted fraud;
• dangerous or inappropriate behavior;
• violation of these Terms or applicable laws;
• use of the platform for illegal activities.
