• Enable parcel sending and receiving
• Connect senders and travellers
• Improve security and fraud prevention
• Provide real-time tracking
• Comply with legal obligations

Processing is based on user consent, contract execution and legal obligations.

Data is stored as long as the account is active. It may be anonymised when the account is closed, except when retention is required by law.
