  • How does booking work? — The sender requests, the traveler accepts.

  • Decline sealed or suspicious parcels.
  • Illegal items are strictly prohibited.
  • Report unusual behaviour to the support team.

Pricing & Payments

  • How are prices set? — Travelers define their own rates.
  • How do payments work? — Payments are made directly between users.
  • Are payments secure? — Users agree on the method they prefer.
